See Feedier live

Once again, this is a platform enhancement that you can use to make your operational workflows more efficient. For this version 3.13.0, the notification centre and reports have been given pride of place. Let’s start with the new notification centre.

A brand-new notification centre

We have introduced a new Notification Center to enhance your Feedier experience. In this first release, it will display notifications tailored for Excel downloads of feedback. In upcoming releases, we plan to introduce features such as Ownership, Mentions in comments, and various crucial notifications throughout the platform.

This is how it works:

The objective of this feature is to remove the necessity of checking your email for file downloads, enabling you to access them directly within the platform.

New enhancements for reports

We are thrilled to announce two enhancements to our Feedier Report. Firstly, the introduction of the new Image Component enables you to incorporate images into your reports, thereby enhancing personalization. Secondly, benchmarking graphs now have the capacity to display up to 10 values per page, enhancing your capability to compare values and navigate seamlessly within the component.

Eureka AI topic suggestions

In the Text Analysis Module, the Summarization feature recommends 5 topics with each generation. To enhance user experience, we have included a “+” button next to each topic for effortless topic creation.

Some other minor improvements

Benchmarking graph → Values enhanced to 10

Previously, our benchmarking graph was limited to displaying only 6 values per page. We have enhanced this capability to now accommodate 10 values per page.

Filter modal updated design and naming

The filter modal has been upgraded to improve your navigation between filters and segments. Tabs now appear within the modal when it is opened, making it easier to switch between different filters and segments.

To enhance user experience, we have relocated the AND/OR logic to the last step of the filter creation process, making it more intuitive for operators.

Naming of filters

When it comes to naming, the objective is to align “Global Filters” with their respective actions. As a result, we have revised the names in the Reports and Assignments modules. This adjustment was necessary as the filters were not operating within the module itself but were instead contingent on the actions performed within the module.
