Version 3.23 introduces major enhancements to simplify assignment creation, strengthen user and team management, and improve performance visualisation with intuitive tools. Find out more about these new features, which will simplify your processes and enhance your results.

From analysis to action: create assignments from text analysis

One of the most eagerly-awaited updates in this version is the ability to instantly transform topics from text analysis into concrete assignments.

Why is this a game-changer?

Until now, creating an assignment based on data required several intermediate steps. With this update, you can integrate the analysis results into your task management process at the click of a button.

How does it work?

  1. Select a topic in the ‘Topics’ tab of the text analysis module.
  2. Add your filters (for example, NPS to isolate detractors or specific keywords).
  3. Create the assignment directly from the three-point menu, where the filters are automatically transferred.

Example: You want to allocate the responses of dissatisfied customers on a particular subject (e.g. product quality) to a dedicated team? Apply an NPS filter to the detractors, select the subject concerned and create an assignment.

This feature reduces the steps between analysis and action, enabling you to react more quickly to insights.

Simplified management of users and teams

With this update, the ‘Users & Teams’ page has been transformed into a centralised interface, designed to provide better visibility and optimised management of teams. The team hierarchy is now clearly presented, making it easy to navigate between groups and understand how they are organised at a glance.

It is also possible to add or modify members and teams in just a few clicks, simplifying the adjustments required as projects progress. For each team, a detailed summary is available, including active members, associated surveys, feedback received and segments used.

In terms of customisation, this page offers advanced options. Administrators can configure visual elements, such as logos and cover images, to reinforce the visual identity of their teams. In addition, two specific features further enhance this management: geolocation, which offers more precise regional insights, and competitive intelligence mode, which enables sector-specific data to be integrated and compared.

Example: A company with several departments can now structure its teams by project while viewing their performance and roles directly from this page, for more efficient and consistent management.

Enhanced score tables for more precise analysis

We have added a totals row and percentage indicators to the score tables. These additions make it possible to quickly compare attribute values with their overall average, making it easier to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Main new features :

  • Totals row: An additional row displays the overall average of attributes on each page, regardless of the number of responses.
  • Percentage indicators
    • 🟢 Green : Above-average performance (+10%).
    • 🔴 Red : Below-average performance (-10%).
  • Improved clarity: These labels enable you to instantly identify significant discrepancies in your data.

Example of use: In a table comparing customer satisfaction by point of contact (e.g. customer service, delivery, technical support), the visual indicators allow you to spot at a glance the areas requiring particular attention.

Graph of responses by subject: even clearer analyses

To better identify trends over time, this version offers a major improvement in the graphs of responses by subject.

A clearer view :

  • Hide or show topics: Simply click on the colour label to temporarily remove lines from the graph.
  • Individual view: Click on a subject badge to access a dedicated view, detailing the associated responses.

Practical example:
When you are analysing several subjects, such as ‘After-sales service’ and ‘Cleanliness of premises’, hiding a line allows you to concentrate on a specific subject without overloading the graph.

Simplified report renaming

Renaming a report becomes quicker and more intuitive: click directly on the title in the header to change it, without any additional steps. This feature allows you to adapt titles in real time, for example to reflect a target audience or specify the purpose of the report.

No more interruptions to your workflow, everything is simplified so you can stay focused on the essentials.
