Version 3.14.0 : Benchmarking made even more intuitive

See Feedier live

We’re very happy to announce 5 new enhancements to the Feedier platform, focusing mainly on enriched reporting and benchmarking.

More complete PDF exports

We’ve optimized the download of PDF reports. Previously, when exporting your reports, only the data on the first page of each table was included. Now, we’ve improved this process to give you access to all the data.

All multi-page tables, such as the theme table, text responses, scores and benchmarking, is now fully integrated into PDF exports. Each page of data will be displayed on separate pages in the PDF, ensuring that no information is lost.

Benchmarking improvements

We’ve enhanced the Benchmarking component to make it more user-friendly and intuitive, simplifying its configuration to make it easier to create benchmarks.

Here are the main changes:

  • Titles updated: The term “KPI” in the configuration tab has been changed to “Benchmark Type”, to better reflect the purpose of this configuration.
  • Improved workflow: Questions, key elements of your analyses, are now the second entry in the configuration process, facilitating their integration.
  • Mandatory question selection: Question selection is now mandatory for some types of benchmarking, including choices, satisfaction tables and ratings. A clear message now guides you through the selection process, informing you that a question is required for this type of analysis.

This new question workflow is only the first of many enhancements planned for the Benchmarking component. Among these, we’ll be integrating a 1v1 comparison function directly into the “Breakdown by” option, with an updated view over time. In addition, you’ll be able to compare multiple filters via a new “Breakdown by time period” function.

“Quick Add” on your Benchmarking component

Currently you have the ability to accommodate up to 50 values in the Benchmarking Stacked Comparison graph. However, selecting these values manually, especially when dealing with large data sets, proved to be cumbersome.

Our team has therefore developed this feature to save you time when setting up your reports.

This option, “quick add”, includes six practical buttons for efficient value selection:

  • 10 Highest
  • 10 Lowest
  • 25 Highest
  • 25 Lowest
  • 50 Highest
  • 50 Lowest

How does it work?

Currently, this function is available for the NPS, satisfaction rate and choices of benchmarking. We plan to extend this functionality to other forms of analysis in future releases.

New features in the topic table

Our team has made several improvements to the topic table in your reports, to provide you with more accurate analysis and more intuitive navigation.

What’s new :

Removal of the sentiment column: We have removed the sentiment column. Sentiment badges are now integrated directly into the topic names, simplifying the overview while retaining a clear indication of the overall sentiment associated with each topic.

Enhanced topic value: To give you a more detailed analysis, we’ve enhanced the table with new columns that segment responses according to sentiment: positive, neutral and negative. This allows you to quickly see the distribution of sentiments to better understand your users’ impressions.

Percentage breakdown option: We’ve also added an option in the configuration tab to display the percentage breakdown of positive, neutral and negative responses. This feature gives a quantified perspective of the impact of each topic, although this option is not enabled by default to allow customization according to your preferences.

Quick access to feedback: To facilitate access to data, each topic now includes a direct link to the feedback page filtered by topic. This improvement, similar to the one already present in the scores table, gives you quick access to detailed feedback, improving the efficiency of your analysis and follow-up.

Select all your items in 1 click

A new “Select Page” checkbox feature is now available in the value selection, which will greatly facilitate data management.

How does it work?

This section has been added to the top of each value selection component. This checkbox allows you to automatically select all 10 values displayed on the current page. With a single click, all values on the page will be selected, making selection quick and easy.

bulk select questions

This enhancement is aimed at speeding up your interactions with the platform, saving you time and increasing your efficiency when analyzing data or preparing reports.

Improved sentiment trend graph

This update enables you to show or hide sentiment scores selectively in the graph located in the text analysis module, offering a more personalized and targeted view of your data.

What’s new :

  • Click on the sentiment badges (positive, neutral, negative) to show or hide this data on the graph. This function allows you to concentrate only on the sentiments that interest you.
  • One click on a badge immediately changes its visibility on the graph. Click again to make it reappear.

These enhancements allow you to quickly and easily filter the information displayed, to better adapt the analysis to your needs.
