The Financial Impact of Your Feedback

Feedier’s new Financial Impact feature helps you evaluate the monetary impact of customer feedback by correlating sentiment with financial indicators. This approach allows you to identify revenue at risk from negative feedback and growth opportunities from positive feedback, providing clear and actionable insights to guide your strategic decisions.

Now, Feedier analyzes each feedback entry based on sentiment and quantifies its impact on your revenue:

  • Negative sentiment → Indicates revenue at risk, representing a potential financial loss if no corrective action is taken.
  • Positive sentiment → Reveals a growth opportunity, highlighting potential revenue increases if the customer experience is improved.

To personalize this analysis, you can define your Customer Average Value (CAV) in the advanced team settings. This value must be a positive number (up to two decimal places) and can be set in EUR (default), USD, or GBP.

Sub-teams automatically inherit financial settings from their parent team, but they can adjust these values as needed to reflect their own business reality.

With these new capabilities, Feedier enables you to quantify the real financial impact of customer feedback, anticipate financial risks, and prioritize actions that will generate the most value for your business.

AI-Enhanced Action Plans

With this update, Feedier’s Action Plans become even more precise and strategic thanks to Eureka AI. Each improvement is now evaluated based on its financial impact and relevance score, allowing you to focus on the actions that will bring the most value to your business.

1. Evaluate the Financial Impact of Each Action

Feedier now provides an estimated revenue at risk linked to issues identified in customer feedback.

  • Eureka AI automatically calculates the potential financial risk based on the volume of negative feedback and the Customer Average Value (CAV).
  • Each corrective action is accompanied by a financial estimate to help measure its potential impact on revenue.

Example Insight: “Resolving this issue could protect €1,000 in potential lost revenue.”

To make these insights even more actionable, an upcoming update will introduce a visual risk badge indicating the financial impact level of each improvement.

2. Prioritize Actions with a Smart Relevance Score

To help you focus on the most impactful actions, Eureka AI assigns a relevance score to each improvement:

  • Overall Action Plan Score → Measures the percentage of relevant feedback related to the analyzed topic.
  • Individual Improvement Score → Indicates the percentage of feedback mentioning a specific improvement.
  • Automatic Ranking → Improvements are sorted from most to least relevant for easier prioritization.

Example Breakdown:

  • Action Plan Score: 27% of analyzed feedback is relevant.
  • Improvement A: Mentioned in 20% of relevant feedback.
  • Improvement B: Mentioned in 9% of relevant feedback.

This approach helps quickly identify the most impactful actions to enhance customer experience and boost financial performance.

3. Validate and Manage Improvements

A new validation system lets you approve or reject each improvement to refine your action plans.

  • Approve → The improvement is kept and included in reports.
  • Reject → The improvement is crossed out, removed from reports, and moved to the bottom of the list.

With this validation system, you maintain full control over your action plans, ensuring that only the most relevant and impactful improvements are prioritized.

A Smoother Login Experience

The login process has been redesigned to be faster, more intuitive, and more secure.

Now, simply enter your email address, and the system will automatically adapt based on your organization’s authentication settings:

  • OIDC Authentication Enabled → You’ll be redirected directly to your identity provider without entering a password.
  • Standard Login → A password field will appear after entering your email, allowing you to log in as usual.
  • Single Access Link → If using a unique login link, the system will immediately redirect you to OIDC authentication.

This new approach simplifies access while ensuring a seamless and secure login experience, tailored to each organization’s needs.
