Feedier v3.18 – Enhanced UX, Filters, and Features

Table of contents

See Feedier live

At Feedier, we’re always working to make the platform more powerful and user-friendly. The latest update, version 3.18, brings significant improvements to the user interface, filters, and several core features. Let’s take a look at what’s new and how it enhances your overall experience.

1. Enhanced UX on Filters: More Control Over Data

Filters play a critical role in narrowing down results and making sense of feedback data. With Feedier v3.18, we’ve improved how logical operators (AND/OR) work within the filter system to provide more consistent and reliable results. This update automatically applies an AND relation between multiple filters, improving the logical cohesion between them.

Adding Filters Made Simple

When you apply a filter, the system now defaults to an AND relation, ensuring a tighter, more refined data search. Each filter builds on the previous one, narrowing down the data step by step. This approach means there’s no need to manually toggle logical operators when adding filters.

Switching Between AND and OR Relations

Want to widen your search results? Simply click on the logical operator between filters to switch to an OR relation. This gives you flexibility when you need broader data coverage, such as combining two or more filter conditions without restricting results.

For example, if you need to retrieve feedback that fits multiple sentiments (positive or neutral), the OR operator will allow for that wider scope of analysis. This change makes it easier to toggle between the different modes without extra steps.

2. Introducing the New Organization Page: Modernized and Streamlined

As part of our ongoing effort to modernize the Feedier platform, we’ve revamped the Organization Page interface. This new layout is designed with Admins and Staff users in mind, offering an easier-to-navigate experience and centralizing key information for better control of your organization’s data.

What’s New in the Organization Page?

  • General Information Section: Provides context for Eureka AI to understand and process data about your organization.
  • Name & Description Fields: Allows admins to specify the organization’s name and its purpose clearly.
  • Dashboard Settings: Admins can now upload the organization’s logo and set the number of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) visible on the dashboard.

Sensitive Attribute Management

Data security is crucial, especially when it comes to managing sensitive attributes. Feedier v3.18 enables admins to manage sensitive data attributes directly from the Organization Page. However, only our team can remove the sensitive status from an attribute, ensuring compliance and data safety. To make changes, simply reach out to us for support.

API Settings Now in Advanced Settings

For admins who need to work with API configurations, the API page is now accessible under Advanced Settings. This page will soon house more advanced management options, so stay tuned for future updates!

3. New Sentiment Score Filter: Refined Feedback Analysis

One of the most exciting new features in v3.18 is the Sentiment Score filter, which allows users to sort feedback based on sentiment analysis. This tool makes it easier to categorize feedback by emotional tone, helping you prioritize areas for improvement or highlight positive feedback.

How the Sentiment Score Filter Works

  • Operators: The Sentiment Score filter provides multiple operators such as “Equals” and “Does Not Equal,” offering more ways to fine-tune your feedback searches.
  • Filter Options: You can choose from positive, neutral, or negative sentiment scores. When selecting more than one sentiment type, the system defaults to an OR relation between them, ensuring that all relevant feedback entries are included in your results.

Practical Example

Let’s say you have three feedback entries:

  • Feedback A: Positive sentiment
  • Feedback B: Negative sentiment
  • Feedback C: Mixed positive and negative sentiments

If you apply a filter for Sentiment Score = Positive, both Feedback A and C will appear in your results, with all relevant feedback displayed.

This new feature enhances your ability to focus on specific sentiment trends across the platform, making data analysis more actionable.
