We are thrilled to introduce the new features of Feedier’s version 3.36. With this update, we bring a set of powerful tools designed to help you manage and act on customer feedback more efficiently than ever before. Among the most exciting innovations are Eureka AI Agents for anomaly detection, enhanced Action Plans, and improved financial impact metrics. Let’s dive into the details of these new capabilities and how they can transform the way you approach customer experience optimization.
Eureka AI: Automated Anomaly Detection
Feedier version 3.36 introduces a key feature: Eureka AI agents. Among them, the Anomaly Detection Agent stands out for its ability to automatically monitor feedback volume and detect any unexpected variations that could affect the quality of your data.
The main goal of this agent is to alert you as soon as any unusual change in feedback volume is detected, allowing you to take proactive measures to prevent it from impacting your analysis. For example, if the number of responses to a survey drops significantly compared to previous weeks, the agent will immediately notify you with suggestions on the cause of the issue (campaign pushes, low response rates, erroneous imports, etc.).
Example: If the agent detects a sudden drop in feedback volume for a specific survey, it may display a message like: “Anomaly detected: The feedback volume for survey X has decreased by 30% compared to last week. Please check if this is due to a drop in participation or technical issues.”

How it Works:
The Anomaly Detection Agent automatically analyzes feedback volume trends each week. It compares the data from the last eight weeks with the current week’s data. If a significant variation is detected, the agent triggers an alert and provides recommendations for understanding the cause of the anomaly.
- Automatic Monitoring: The agent monitors feedback volume over a seven-day period each week.
- Anomaly Detection: If a significant discrepancy is detected compared to the previous week, the agent flags the issue.
- Instant Notifications: As soon as an anomaly is identified, you receive a notification with detailed information and direct links to resolve the issue.
- Easy Management: You can activate or deactivate the agent at any time from the management dashboard.
With this automated monitoring and real-time alerts, the Anomaly Detection Agent helps you stay proactive.

Improved Action Plans: Integration of Effort Measurement
The new version of Feedier significantly improves action plan management by adding effort measurement. This feature now allows you to better prioritize actions based on the resources, time, and energy required for their implementation. Here’s how it works and why it’s a key change.
The New Effort Slider (1 to 5)
Each improvement in an action plan is now accompanied by an effort score, ranging from 1 to 5, reflecting the complexity of the action to be implemented. This score is calculated based on the costs, time, and resources needed to execute the improvement.
Example: If an improvement requires a lot of resources and time, it will receive a high score (5), whereas a simpler and quicker action to implement will receive a lower score (1).
Effort Estimation by Eureka AI
To further simplify the management of your actions, Eureka AI automatically calculates an effort estimate for each proposed improvement. This estimate is based on criteria such as complexity, costs, and resources required. This allows the tool to pre-fill the effort score, which you can then adjust manually if needed.
Optimized Interface for Better Visualization
The new action plan interface offers a compact view of essential information: relevance score, financial impact, and now effort. This allows you to quickly see which elements require more work and which can be implemented quickly.
- Relevance Score: Indicates the importance of the improvement.
- Financial Impact: Shows the impact in terms of revenue.
- Effort: The effort required to implement the improvement.
Editable Texts
The descriptions of improvements are now editable, except for the titles, allowing you to customize the details to fit your specific needs.
With these additions, you can now effectively balance the financial impact potential of each action with the level of effort required to execute it. This allows you to make more informed decisions by prioritizing actions that will offer the best return on investment while taking into account the resources needed to implement them.
This provides a clear and concise overview of the new feature, while explaining its utility and impact on action plan management.
Direct Financial Impact in Topic Summaries
In previous versions, the financial impact of feedback was only displayed within action plans. This meant that it was sometimes difficult to quickly identify financial opportunities or risks associated with the themes being analyzed before even creating an action plan.
With version 3.36, Feedier simplifies the analysis of financial impact by adding clear indicators directly within the theme summaries. This allows you to instantly identify the financial aspects, whether positive or negative, associated with each theme and make quicker, more informed decisions.
What’s New?
Visual Financial Impact Indicators
Financial impacts are now clearly displayed in theme summaries, with bold text highlighting the financial implications, whether positive or negative. You will immediately see if positive feedback represents a revenue opportunity or if negative feedback indicates a financial risk that needs attention.
Immediate Overview of Financial Metrics
For each analyzed theme, Feedier precisely indicates whether positive feedback generates revenue to maintain or if negative feedback represents at-risk revenue requiring corrective action. For example:
- “These negative points mentioned by customers represent €12,000 in revenue, action is recommended.”
- “These positive points praised by customers represent €16,000 in revenue, it is advised to continue in this direction.”
- “These positive points represent €16,000 in revenue, while the negative points represent €12,000, highlighting the need for action.”
How It Works
- Automatic Calculation of Financial Impact
When generating theme summaries, the platform automatically calculates the financial impact of customer feedback, both positive and negative. - Bold Display of Financial Impact
The financial impact is displayed in bold in the theme summary, allowing you to immediately identify it and assess the potential revenue implications. - Separation of Positive and Negative Feedback
Positive and negative feedback are separated, with corresponding amounts clearly indicated based on customer sentiment. This facilitates quick decision-making on the actions to be taken.
With this new feature, you can now detect financial risks and opportunities earlier in the customer feedback analysis process, enabling more targeted and effective actions.
Topics Trends Over Time by Percentage
In previous versions, the Text Analysis charts were limited to showing trends in terms of volume. However, simply counting mentions does not capture the actual evolution of a theme relative to the overall feedback. To provide a more accurate and comprehensive view, we’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to track the evolution of themes not only by volume but also by percentage.
This update allows you to:
- Analyze the true impact of themes by comparing their frequency to the total volume of responses over a given period.
- Track progress more accurately by measuring whether the actions taken have had a tangible effect on increasing or decreasing the frequency of a theme.
- Prioritize your actions more effectively by considering the actual influence of the themes, rather than just their raw mention count.
How does it work?
A new radio button allows you to toggle between volume-based display (default) and percentage-based display on the Y-axis.
In percentage mode:
Each theme is calculated as follows: (Mentions of the theme / Total responses) × 100
For example: If the theme “X” was mentioned 12 times out of 100 total responses in January, the chart will display 12% instead of simply “12 mentions.”
All themes will be taken into account, not just the top 10.
By enabling percentage-based analysis, you gain a more accurate and actionable view of how themes evolve, allowing you to better direct your actions based on their true weight in customer feedback.
This feature provides a clearer understanding of theme dynamics over time, helping you make more strategic decisions.

Conclusion
Feedier version 3.36 marks a significant advancement in customer feedback analysis and action management. With features such as automated anomaly detection, the integration of effort measurement in action plans, direct financial impact display in theme summaries, and trend tracking by percentage, we provide CX teams with powerful tools to make informed and strategic decisions.
These new capabilities allow you to act more quickly and efficiently in response to feedback, prioritize actions with better visibility on required resources and financial impact, all while ensuring your efforts are directed where they are most needed.
