Manage user access to AI features
Release 3.15 simplifies the management of access to features, especially those using artificial intelligence.
Now you can easily define who can access certain features using a permissions table. With a single click, administrators can authorize or restrict user access (Visitors, Restricted Visitors, etc.).
The two following modules can be managed independently:
- Text analysis module: Enable or disable access to text analysis.
- Assignment module: Manage access to this module to organize tasks and assignments.
A better understanding of Eureka AI
To offer greater visibility of the AI features present on the platform, we’re introducing the Eureka AI badge, a new way of marking the AI features available on Feedier.
Where can I find this badge?
- Main navigation: The badge will be visible in sections of the platform where AI features are active.
- Key modules: You’ll see this badge in the text analysis module and in the assignment module, where AI plays a central role in optimizing your analyses and task management.
- Reports: AI-generated annotations and assignment components in your reports will be marked with the Eureka AI badge, making it easy to identify sections taking advantage of AI capabilities.
Automatic updating of your reports
In this version, we’ve introduced automatic annotation updating in your reports to ensure that insights always remain relevant and up-to-date.
How does it work?
Annotations in your reports are automatically updated in the following cases:
- No defined period: If the report has no specific period, the annotations will update every time you open it.
- Dynamic period: If the report covers a flexible period, such as “the last 30 days”, annotations will be updated to include new feedbacks.
- Fixed period (current): If the report covers an ongoing period, annotations will update until the end of that period.
- These enhancements ensure that your reports reflect the latest data, enabling you to act on insights that are always up to date.

1-click analysis of your main themes
This update further simplifies data analysis by allowing you to click directly on theme labels in the graphs of the text analysis module.

With a simple click on theme labels, you can now explore the associated feedback in greater detail in the text analysis module. This gives you quick access to important information, without having to search for it manually. - A considerable time-saver.
Thanks to this new feature, you can quickly access specific information, making your analyses smoother and more efficient. No more time wasted browsing the platform for details: everything is just a click away.
Your infinite attribute list
We’ve also introduced infinite scrolling in attribute lists for a better user experience when navigating long lists of options.
Until now, the attribute drop-down list was limited to 10 visible values. Now you can scroll infinitely to explore the full range of available options, which is particularly useful for users working with large quantities of similar data.
In addition to the search bar, infinite scrolling ensures that you won’t miss any relevant options, even if several attributes have similar names.
