The Feedier team is happy to present release 3.16 of the platform, which brings key updates to improve productivity and simplify data management.

Your profile more secure than ever

The new Profile page makes managing your personal information simple and intuitive. Each field is now accompanied by clear indications and automatic validations to avoid errors.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Name: You can enter your name without worry, as the field only accepts letters and spaces. If you make a mistake (e.g. entering a number), an alert message will warn you immediately. If you forget to fill in this field, a reminder will appear to indicate that it is mandatory.
  • E-mail: This field can only be modified by an administrator, ensuring that your contact information is not altered by mistake.
  • Language and time zone: Customize these settings using simple drop-down menus, without the need for complex validation.

Password security has been strengthened to further protect your data:

  • Current password: Before changing it, you must first check the current password. If it is incorrect, an error message will be displayed.
  • New password: It must be at least 12 characters long, with one number and one special character. If these criteria are not met, you will be prompted to correct your password.
  • Confirm password: You will be asked to confirm your new password. If the confirmation does not match, an alert will appear to inform you.

Better visibility of your attributes

The new version of the “Attributes” page simplifies data management and organization, with more intuitive navigation, especially for administrators. You can now more easily identify which attributes are public and which are hidden for certain teams, thanks to the new “Visibility” column, which facilitates the management of sensitive data.

The addition of the “Type” column enables better classification of attributes, grouping them by categories such as geographical or financial. This makes the organization of information clearer and quicker to understand.

Attribute editing is now more secure. Unlike before, attributes are no longer permanently modifiable. You need to manually activate the editing option, which reduces the risk of accidental modifications that could impact data.

In addition to these improvements, you can now mark attributes as favorites, enabling them to be given priority in filters. A new dedicated page has also been introduced to facilitate access and modification of attribute values, making data tracking simpler and faster.

Analyze your feedback at a glance

Our team has designed a new NPS filter in the platform, enabling you to sort your feedback by NPS groups (Promoters, Passives, Detractors) without having to select a specific question. This filter makes it easier to analyze customer sentiments, and gives you a clearer view of your users’ satisfaction.

How does it work?

  • Operators: You can filter by “equal to” or “different from” to select or exclude specific NPS groups.
  • NPS” options: Check the boxes to select ‘Promoters’, ‘Passives’, or ‘Detractors’ and get more targeted insights.

Generate reports without losing time

Report downloads are now handled in the background, allowing you to continue using the platform while reports are being generated.

When you launch a report download, a notification appears to let you know that the process has begun. You can browse the platform while the report is being prepared. Once ready, a message will appear to allow you to download the file, even if you have left the report generator.
