No, you do not. We advise you to do it, as it will increase the engagement rate and make your users feel valued and happy. But all features can be used without reward. What does a Feedback Carrier stand for?

Is my account verified?
Yes, to access Feedier you must use a valid email address. One email = one possible account. You cannot create several accounts with the same email.

You can swap or pause your plan at any time from your Plans page. You might not need Feedback every single day, therefore, you can easily pause your Feedier account, that's fine. You will also have access to all your invoices.

You can use the heap of options available to build things according to your needs, with your own tools and services. Is Feedier secure?
Yes, we are working for your security. Every access is secured through a unique RFC 7519 encrypted token, coupled with an SSL connection. Regarding payments, Feedier is PCI compliant and all the payments are proceeded with the Stripe payment gateway. All API calls are secured through a private unique API key.
What are my payment options?
For non-custom plans, you can use any credit/debit card such as Visa, Mastercard, American express, etc. Other methods are available for custom plans. Contact the Sales unit for more details.
